I was forwarded the LinkedIn Learning Solutions, 2017 Workplace Learning report. After being inspired by recent #LDInsight chats I decided to reflect on this report in a new way.
The report highlights the need for L&D professionals to increase skills and knowledge in digital learning solutions so programs and resources are available 24/7. Strategies are suggested so a program can be designed to meet the learning and business outcomes which will engage learners and develop a learning culture within an organisation.
I love the way it’s presented and am going to adapt it and recreate something similar for the KPI reports with my organisation.
