One thing that has stayed constant is the need for people to develop themselves, whether this is personal or professional development, whether it’s formal or informal, on purpose or incidental, to support career aspiration and earn more money. There is always a need to improve and develop, it’s sometimes about finding the motivation that drives that development.
As part of a new piece of research, DPG are commissioning a survey that will run each year to identify the drivers and methods in which people in HR and L&D develop themselves. There are so many opportunities available, we hope to gather fantastic insights in to how people like you are making the most of the development available to you. We will share the findings and a report later this year that will highlight trends and around Continuous Professional Development.
