Twitter is such a wonderful resource. I have spoken to a few people recently who don’t use the platform and are unable to see it as a tool to keep up to date with trends and chat with like minded people. On a daily basis I find tweets from colleagues across the L&D industry that inspire and provoke thoughts. This free resource should be utilised, where possible, so our existing ideas can be challenged and solutions sought together as an L&D community.
