I have been inspired by Andrew Jacobs who blogs on a daily basis on his site Lost and Desperate. So, on the lead up to L&D Connects first #LnDFieldTrip I aim to share a short post everyday throughout May on the topic learning design.

I think learning design is critical to all learning and development professionals and everyone should have an understanding of how to design positive learning experiences. I plan to share my reflections along with any articles, podcasts and/or videos I discover as I delve into this subject.
