What do think of when someone says design, a company logo, a new car or a designer dress?

Design is more… it’s fundamental

I found the below video on YouTube and I think it is a fabulous explanation about what design is. One of the my favourite quotes from this video is:

Use curiosity , creativity and craft to elevate lives.

In my opinion, this sentence is what Learning & Development is all about. Use a creative experience to spark curiosity around a subject and support individuals to enhance skills or learn something new.
