Yesterday I talked about 1 of the potential barriers to learning, another barrier could appear if the content is not relevant to the individuals needs.

One of the most important things about design is identifying the need. Which ever model you follow design thinking, ADDIE or UX it all starts with empathising and analysing. This will identify the gap in knowledge /skills and allow you to tailor the learning experience to meet their expectations.
