Empathy Mapping #BlogEveryDay

The first step in Design Thinking is empathising and analysing. An empathy map can help you appreciate a problem from the learners point of view and consider their current behaviour and attitudes.

The map is split into 4 quadrants; said, did, thought and felt. The said and did should be easy to establish, the thought and felt requires a little more analysis.

Have you ever used an empathy map? I haven’t and am really looking forward to using it on my next project
