I recently got asked “what was the best learning experience you ever had?” I would imagine that most people would say;

I had this great teacher

can anyone say they had a great eLearning experience or when prompted with that question would you think of an article you just read or video you just watched?

So how do you design a great learning experience without a person whose personality brought the content to life or went out of their way to help you understand it?
