So the problem and/or gap has been identified and an empathy map has allowed you to understand where the learners currently are on their journey. It’s time to define the end goal and map out which section of that journey you will offer support.
Understanding the end destination will allow you to set the most appropriate learning objectives and then select appropriate activities to include within the learning experience.
If the learner needs to do something following this learning, plan to set an objective where a skill is applied or demonstrated. If the learner needs to understand and identify provide an opportunity to explore the subject in enough detail as necessary.
