Is the learning solution you are designing aiming to:
- raise awareness
- facilitate teamwork
- create and review a policy or strategy
- implement a new approach or system
- enhance skills
- create and strengthen networks
Each of these would require slightly different activities. For example, when implementing a new system it may be beneficial to include a practical demonstration and allow time for learners to get hands on experience in realistic situation. If you are aiming to create a network lots of opportunities to work in groups and break away to share experience would strengthen relationships.
