Be aware of your biases when you start to design any learning solution. This maybe an unconscious bias that has stemmed from a positive or negative experience and could be your personal learning style. I find it really helps to get a diverse group of stakeholders together so you can brainstorm ideas to discover the best activities.

It is a great way of involving the stakeholders and making them feel like part of the design process. You can also use this process as a part of the analysis as it inevitably brings to light their expectations.

I personally love this stage of a project because no idea is a silly one and each person brings a different thing to consider.
