Who am I?

Niki Hobson is an experienced learning designer who has worked within the private, public and voluntary sector designing, delivering and managing a diverse range of training programs

 After graduating with a degree in TV & Film Design Niki worked in the UK film industry working on a variety of independent short and feature films. Niki then became a manager of a multiplex cinema and found her passion for training, learning and development, due to this her career shifted into this area.

Niki is a competent trainer, assessor who has gained Level 5 qualifications in Learning and Development and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). As a learning designer Niki has great working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud and regularly uses Premier Pro, After Effects, Captivate and Photoshop. 

Designing engaging training videos is Niki’s specialty, however she has other interests in:
